2. Get advice
We'll review the problem and explain your options before any work is done.
3. Repair
Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll arrange the repair with you.

NoviTech is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Our stock is held locally, and local pickup is available in Brisbane (QLD 4000) on eligible orders.

How do I check compatibility?
Find the model number on your device — on a MacBook it's printed on the bottom case near the hinge (for example “Model A2337”) — and match it to the product. Not sure? Send us your model number or a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.
